This Privacy Policy applies to the 5G/4G Only Network Mode app (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Krishnaprasanth (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Network Diagnostic Tests (NDT7) & M-Lab

When you run a speed test in this Application, the test is conducted between your device and an M-Lab server. M-Lab collects specific data to promote scientific research on Internet performance.

What is collected by M-Lab?

• IP Address: The public-facing Internet Protocol (IP) address of your device is collected to understand network topology.
• Performance Data: Speed, latency, jitter, and other network diagnostic metrics.

Is this data private?

No. To support open Internet research, M-Lab publishes all test data publicly under a Creative Commons license. By running a test, you acknowledge that your IP address and test results will be included in M-Lab's public dataset.

GDPR/Data Deletion Exception: Because M-Lab is a public scientific archive, test results (including IP addresses) are permanent. Once a test is completed, we cannot delete the data from M-Lab's dataset, even if you revoke your consent later. Revoking consent in the app will only prevent future tests from being shared.

2. Third-Party Data Processing

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. This includes Device IDs (Advertising ID, Android ID), IP addresses, and crash logs.

These services may serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt-out of personalized advertising via your device settings or the consent menu within the app.

3. GDPR Rights (European Union & UK)

• Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• Right to Erasure: You may request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions. Note: This does not apply to M-Lab public data as it is archived for scientific research.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for personalized ads at any time via the app settings.

4. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data is being collected about you.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt-out of the "Sale" of Personal Data: While we do not sell your personal data for money, allowing advertising networks (AdMob, Unity, InMobi) to collect data for personalized ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You may opt out of this via your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete Advertising ID).

5. Location Data

The Application does not request precise GPS location permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION). However:

• M-Lab uses your IP address to infer your approximate location for network research.
• Ad Networks (AdMob, Unity, InMobi) use your IP address to serve location-relevant advertisements (e.g., ads for stores in your city).

6. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case of AdMob, Unity, and InMobi, we flag requests as "not directed to children" where applicable. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Because our game utilizes Google Play Games Services, your core gameplay data and cloud saves are tied to your Google account.

• To delete your local app data: You can clear the app data or uninstall the app from your device settings.
• To request deletion of analytics or ad data: Please contact us directly at dhawansaran14346@gmail.com, and we will process the deletion of any device-specific identifiers stored in our Firebase database.
